Our Compressor air lines are installed using Poli-Ethylene Piping

When we entered the field of compressed air line installation we looked the problem areas of the industry and the one point that was highlighted and stood out, and that being the long term problems of using galvanised piping.

Last year we pioneered the use of plomyCLICK® Poli-Ethylene Multi-Layer piping in replacing the heavy bulky Galvanized material generally used for compressor and airline pipelines, the plomyCLICK® ML has proved to be most successful . Its Multi-layer construction gives both strength and durability. The material is totally inert to various glues, gas, acids, cleaning materials, oils and is especially UV resistant.

Installation costs and down time is cut to absolute minimum. plomyCLICK® Specialized Poli-Ethylene Multi-Layer pipe reduced your down time and installation labor time by 70%.

 The ployCLICK® poli-Ethylene piping is guaranteed for 10 Years and is rated to operate at 18Bar @ a constant temperature of 95 Dec.

The system is not affected by corrosive water or other corrosive agents and prevents lime scales.
Prevents the build up of Legionnaire’s disease bacteria, and has an expected Service life in excess of 50 years 70°C @ 10 bar.

plomyCLICK® comes in sizes of 15mm, 20mm and 32mm. It Also comes in 100 meter rolls allowing continuous lengths with minimal joining. The connections are done by means of a “Click” system hence the name plomyCLICK.

Fittings are standard pipe threads and is easily integrated with all standard pipe fittings, either Galvanized , Copper or Pneumatic air line connections and fittings.

plomyCLICK® has been SABS tested and has ISO certification. These certificates are available on request.
